AI Data Intelligence Agency

Privacy Policy

Effective June 29, 2026

DashOpz ("DashOpz", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI data intelligence agency. We build and manage a single, live dashboard with an embedded AI assistant for the businesses we work with. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It reflects how we actually handle data today.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us through our intake form. When you request a call or data audit, we collect your name, business name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number, along with the qualifying details you choose to share: your industry, team size, revenue range, where your business data currently lives, your biggest operational challenge, and any notes you add.

Business data you connect to the service. When you become a client, you connect the data sources you want on your dashboard, such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel/OneDrive, Stripe, QuickBooks, and other business or financial tools. We read this data to build, populate, and maintain your dashboard. Depending on what you connect, it may include revenue, costs, operational metrics, pipeline, and similar records.

Files you upload. When you onboard or submit a form, you may upload files such as a logo, brand assets, or spreadsheets. We store these on our own servers to set up and run your dashboard.

Account information. If you are given dashboard access, we store your email address and a securely hashed password.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, and request logs. We process IP addresses to keep the service secure and to rate-limit abuse (for example, capping usage of our public demo).

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call or audit.
  • To build, deliver, host, and maintain your dashboard.
  • To generate insights and answer your questions inside the product.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account and our service.

3. AI processing

To generate your dashboard and answer questions you type into the AI assistant, the relevant parts of your connected data and your prompts are sent to our AI provider for processing. We send only what is needed to fulfil the request. We do not use your business data to train public AI models, and AI actions that change your data or dashboard require your explicit approval before they take effect.

4. Service providers we rely on

We share information with a small number of trusted providers only to operate the service:

  • Calendly handles scheduling when you book a call.
  • DeepSeek processes the data and prompts involved in generating dashboards and AI answers.
  • Data sources you connect— such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe, and Intuit (QuickBooks). When you connect one of these accounts, we use their APIs to read only the data you choose to import.
  • Our hosting providerstores your form submissions, uploaded files, dashboard configuration, and dashboard data on secured servers we control. Intake and booking form submissions are handled in-house — they are not sent to any third-party form service.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard. It is stored as an HTTP-only session token. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers listed above to run the service, or when required to do so by law or to protect our rights and users.

7. Data retention

We keep intake form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage our relationship. We keep client dashboard data for the duration of your subscription and delete it on request after your engagement ends, except where we are required to retain it.

8. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), securely hashed passwords, signed HTTP-only session tokens, and access controls that limit each dashboard to the people authorized to see it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and respond quickly to issues.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, email us at privacy@dashopz.com.

10. International processing

Some of the providers we use may process information in countries other than your own. When that happens, the data remains subject to this policy.

11. Children

Our service is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to let you know.
